KETTLE® Chips Cheese Melts



  • 300 g Mild Cheddar Cheese
  • 150 g KETTLE® Chips Mature Cheddar & Red Onion
  • 2 Red Onions
  • 10 Pitted Green Olives
  • 10 Pitted Black Olives


  1. Arrange the Mature Cheddar & Red Onion KETTLE® Chips on a shallow serving dish.
  2. Peel and thinly slice the red onions, cut the olives into quarters and grate the Cheddar cheese.
  3. Sprinkle a layer of grated cheese over the Mature Cheddar & Red Onion KETTLE® Chips and lay the thinly sliced onion over the top.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the onion and place the olives at random.
  5. Place under a moderate heat, grill until the cheese is melted and serve straight away.
